It’s really not that great a controller the L2 button is making a squeaky noise after not many hours of gameplay at all I would suggest finding a better controller instead of buying this particular model

The R1 button and i haven't received a refund for the item and i ahve their crappy protection plan that I've been waiting on a refund for 11 days, ues 11 days without a controller.

The controller looks to be new but I was surprised when I noticed my brand new PS5 controller had its seal cut. My first thought was did I pay practically $80 for a refurbished controller.
