No clue how they are getting away with this but these controllers are fake. I bought one and it is way lighter than my real controller that i got with my console not only that but the controller developed stick drift and the trigger came loose within a week of purchasing.

The Vibration works well in game play, it responds quickly in action scenes . The controller buttons work good as well very smooth functionality overall I highly recommend this product 10/10 overall.

Ps5 controllers usually develop drift, %26 there's no real fix other than total refurbismnebt or replacement. This controller was purchased to replace the original controller. We chose the insurance option, knowing the way drift will always occur, %26 buying brand new is expensive after a while. So when it did as Ps5 controllers always do, we patted ourselves on the back for accepting the plan %26 after making sure it was in the right time frame, started our claim. Allstate, however, apparently does not understand small electronic repair shops are very rare now. Since every other protection plan we have ever used do comprehend this simple fact, it was pretty disappointing that Allstate told us to take the controller to a 'local repair shop,' pay out of pocket %26 they'd reimburse us 'later.' I will be getting any future electronic %26 protection plan through Amazon or Best Buy, both of which we have had satisfactory experiences with.

It's a bit pricey and wish they would have improved the quality of the controller. They added a mic which is not great unless you hold it up to your face and even then the sound quality really doesnt justify having a mic on the controller. The Triggers do not feel great either, I enjoy the haptic feedback but the triggers themselves just have a weird feel to them being that they are curved outwards and barely have any grip on them it's taking me a while to adjust to this controller so far. There's definitely room for improvement, but this is a launch controller so I'm sure we will be seeing better versions of this!

The dualsense controller is definitely my favorite controller I have ever used, however, the stick drift problem is too common for me to overlook it. I've had 5 PS5 controllers and every one of them has experienced stick drift of some degree. So be wary of the possibility that in 3-6 months you may experience awful stick drift that can severely affect your experience of playing games or getting around menus and typing.

I admit I was about to send it back due to connection issues, lol! I’m used to connecting new controllers to the console via the charging cord %26 it would automatically connect on my previous consoles. But not this one. You must connect through settings %26 Bluetooth. You’re welcome. :)

I bought a new PS5 and it come with a controller. I then bought 2 new controllers, all three controllers will not hold a charge. I have turned in 2 of these and neither of these hold a charge. Not a Walmart fault, but Sony should at least try to make sure when you pay $74 for one of these things it will work.

I've bought two of these controllers now (one for my husband for Father's Day & One for our son for Christmas this year) my husband prefers the brand name PS Controllers as he find the overall quality of them to be worth the cost of one vs buying a cheaper no name one...He last one was stolen so this was a replacement and it is holding up well so far (As I have dropped quite a few times)
