Controller sways and does not stay steady.. followed instructions for updating controller bit it was up to date already. Garbage pay extra and get a pro controller. I have had 3 of these go out since my purchase of the PS5 when it first came out.. I still have a PS4 with original controllers and never had issues with them.

We already had one of these controllers but that one stopped working, we thought. After buying this new controller we also bought a charging station/stand for the controller. his old one was completely fine. We didn't have to have the new one. So this is a good controller, definitely.

bootleg controller, not an authentic ps5 controller. looks close, but several identifying factors that give it away: the weight: almost 60 grams lighter than real controller, which was the first giveaway. the buttons don't have clear markings. in images it shows white markings, but the controller sent the markings (X, circle, triangle, square, and directional) are dark, to where you can barely even see them. the third, and most obvious giveaway is the paddle TouchPad. the paddle feels cheap, not a solid click like the original controllers, and the light underneath has a blatant gap. it's obvious it's a knockoff. also, the sony text isnt smooth, it feels printed on, while the original controller, the text is smooth and flush. will be contacting walmart to request a refund. I guess walmart is sourcing these from a 3rd party because they are not legit

it is in great condition and works fairly well the color is a little bit darker than it looks like online it's more of a grape purple but still love it because purple is awesome either way my only concern was that that when the package got delivered it was already open and it was in a very wide box those dingaling around inside

If you are not a fan of purple, then this controller simply isn't for you! For some odd reason, all the videos I watched regarding this purple controller made it look fairly similar to a game cube blue. However, in actuality, this is not at all the case. This is one of the deepest, darkest, richest, most velvety purples I have come across in plastic form. It is absolutely, positively, beautiful, in my opinion, a true purple pleasure/treasure to behold!

Start to detect some stick drift in my previous controller so I decided to be proactive and get a new one. I was sad that the Volcanic Red controller wasn't be sold by Walmart (just fulfilled), but Starlight Blue is a nice compliment to my previous controller, which is still in good enough shape that I can use for two-person games or mobile gaming. I was also happy to see that the Allstate insurance covers stick drift now. I've had previous Dualsense controllers get bad stick drift in less than a year.

You people have NO Integrity‼️ I have a warranty that you people won't even honor‼️ So since you won't replace my controller nor honor my warranty that doesn't expire until April 30,2027, I would appreciate a Full refund of BOTH‼️ I pray that The LORD ALMIGHTY deals with you accordingly‼️

I expected better quality from Sony, but this controller started having problems just a few weeks after light use. The buttons are already sticking and unresponsive at times, which makes gameplay frustrating. For the price, this kind of issue is unacceptable. I’ve taken good care of it and didn’t expect it to wear out so quickly. Very disappointed definitely not what I’d expect from a next-gen accessory.

The PS5 controller is a real evolution. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make the gaming experience much more immersive—you can feel every detail as if you were inside the game. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and the modern design gives it a premium touch. The battery lasts long for extended gaming sessions and charges quickly. Without a doubt, one of the best controllers I’ve ever used. Totally worth it.

The Starlight Blue color is gorgeous in person, it’s vibrant but not too flashy. The controller feels solid, buttons are super responsive, and the haptic feedback makes gameplay way more immersive. Battery life is great, and it charges quickly so I’m never stuck waiting to play.
