I am giving this mulch a 5 star review because it does exactly what it supposed to do, but in hindsight I wish I never used this in our flower beds. I didn't realize how the chemicals from the old tires leech into the soil and kill the plants. We had to remove 3 mature bushes that were beautiful before adding this mulch. I called a local horticulturist who found no disease and could not explain why they slowly died over 2 seasons. I also didn't realize how much this mulch would "travel" and cause dead spots in the lawn. We found the tire pieces everywhere. We are slowly removing this mulch and replacing with wood mulch in all of our flower beds. Overall, I would only recommend using this mulch in areas with no plants and little human traffic.

This items used to come in larger bags, however, now they are smaller, but of course costs more. I only buy black rubber mulch. This time, there was a lot of fabric in the mulch.....do not know what that was about, but there is a big difference buying this item in Florida vs. Severn, Maryland.

Great product Bags are lightweight and the coverage per bag was pretty good

I am trying this out to see how compares with Regular mulch and I think I’m gonna like it better.
