Freezer is working better than expected. It's only half full and it takes an hour to adjust the temperature after adding food but it's keeping everything at 0°F.

Came to house in one week. It did have a funny noise when we pluged it in for 24 hours, but is quit now. Outside seems warmer than our other freezer.

It arrived earlier than expected and have been using it for less than a week. Its keeps everything frozen as expected. Its currently in the garage and the temperature outside is cold. So am waiting to see how it would work when it’s hot hot and hot outside.

Freezer arrived about two weeks early (I was not prepared). The panel covering the compressor was damaged. The delivery person was really nice. The freezer makes noise but I have not filled it yet.

The freezer itself may have been great but my experience was not. It came damaged, reported it,sit in my house a whole week+. Finally came and got it and the guy who picked it up was so unprofessional.

The freezer is in my storeroom that usually is 10 to 15 degrees under the summer temp. This thing sounds like Darth Vader. I called the company and found out that “garage ready” is for the temp in FL (about 85 degrees at most). Trying to locate an acceptable exhaust fan(another $150-$200 expense) to remove the extra heat created. I live in fear it will fail and half a cow will go to waste.

Bought a cow, vacuum sealed the cuts , and placed in this freezer. It's been 3 days and some of the meat are still soft. Placed some of the cuts in our smaller insignia freezer and within hour they were rock solid. I'm looking into buying another freezer. DO NOT BUY, big time waste of money. Buy a name brand.
