I love this ground chicken. Good price too

Good for making tacos or adding to pasta ,not as much grease as ground beef.

I thought because Purdue is a well-known name that it would be good. Unfortunately, unfortunately, they were shards of bone mixed in with it, which to me is a turn off.

The water content is too high. There was at least 500ml of residue water at the end of baking time of 45 min. On the contrary the Tyson ground chicken had little to no residual water with similar cooking time.

I've been buying this ground chicken for a long time. This week I went to divide into 1 pound portions and vacuum seal. Usually I just eyeball how much to put in each package. This time i weighted portions out. As it turns out divided and inside the vacuum bag the weight of three packages did not weight three pounds.

This ground chicken is so versatile and a healthier alternative to ground beef and pork. We use ground turkey as well, but really like the ground chicken. It makes great burger, tacos and meatballs! It's not cheap, but it's a healthier alternative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good product. I’ve always trusted Perdue and this product is no exception. The chicken is so tender and juicy. To prepare it I rubbed it with lemon then rinsed and then spiced and sautéed to perfection.
