Ground Chicken

I searched with GOOGLED ground chicken BREAST and this came up first and I ordered it. The label does not say breast, but it also does not say DARK. What is dark chicken anyway? Liver, kidney, thighs? It was very fatty and awful, so I threw it away after using a third of it.

Easy for meal prep. I mix in homemade taco seasoning. Good in a pinch.
