[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a year a go and so far I have been happy with the appliance, it looks good with all the matching Samsung appliances. The only negative is it was on a special sale and they said I would get free panels to change the look, put in for them, but never got them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge almost a year ago. The best I’ve ever had. For 1, it’s aesthetically pleasing, matches my kitchen! But overall it has plenty of space and the beverage center is the icing on the cake. We get water from there to drink and cook! Best thing ever.

i've had this fridge for a bit and i love it mostly. it looks great and it's the best fridge i've owned. sadly it's not without gripes. for the price, it's missing some important things. no air filter. only 1 of the fridge models comes with it. the bev station water absorbs the odors in the fridge. also food has been ruined by other odors. bev center shelves too tall. closing the freezer drawer the ice slides back causing the machine to think it has enough ice even if only half full. the middle drawer has a limited set of temp options & also doesn't maintain the right temp. it is always warmer than the set temp. top shelf is not adjustable and what you can place there is limited. wifi is super chatty and slows down my network. the app constantly annoys you with fridge notifications.

The main reason I bought it was because I knew that I could switch out the panels and get pink panels. When I was in the store I was assured that I could order the pink panels. I'm disappointed because I cannot get the color choices that I originally wanted but otherwise am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it. I would just make sure that you get the colors that you want ahead of time

this is a really sleek and classy modern smart refrigerator boasting of great interior space. the beverage center is novel with its awesome autofill pitcher plus the regular water dispenser. the middle drawer is very convenient as it can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer depending on your need/preference. the dual auto ice maker is great. it is fingerprint-resistant and very easy to clean. and of course, being a smart refrigerator, it has wi-fi connectivity so you can easily manipulate temperature from your smartphone. family has been using this for several months now and so far, it's doing really well.

We use it all the time from filling up the coffee pot to getting a nice cold glass of filtered water. To getting milk etc. it also saves on opening up the whole refrigerator doors just to get some milk. We love the size and how roomy it is and the freezer is great with crushed and regular ice cubes. We are so happy that we choose this refrigerator.

Refrigerator's autofill function also sends water out of the regular water dispenser at the same time it fills the pitcher. The result is water all over the inside of my fridge. Looking forward to Samsung making this right. Brand new and recieved friday 1/13/23.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a GE refrigerator with the Bespoke 4 Door French door fridge. The GE, although up to date with the bells and whistles, was poorly designed and parts continue to brake like the crisper draw and others. MY choice to to buy the Bespoke was a good one. I researched all manufacturers and models and elected to choose the best fridge today. double ice maker with two different sizers. a beverage center, offering water from a carraff that fills as soon as you replace it, or by the glass. Center draw provides 4 choices of temperature depending on your plans. This refrigerator also communicates with my phone to inform me of a door left open among other features. I love it. !!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our GE fridge went out at exactly 13 months. It was going to cost almost as much as a new fridge to repair. Everyone we talked to said not to get Samsung because of ice make issues, etc…. Well, we did it anyway and we do not regret it! Love the space in this fridge, door space, and I currently have 2 20lb turkeys thawing in mine and space for our other stuff. If I had to complain, I would say the ice slides back when the drawer shuts and so we have to scoop it forward often, but honestly not a big deal. It took the ice maker a few days to get to capacity but it’s has since kept up just fine. Oh did I mention it’s beautiful??? My toddler loves that we practice letters on the glass panels with expo markers too! Just get it. If your concerned, buy the extended warranty, you will love it…or we do anyway.
