I was hesitant to purchase the new model but with the ice in the freezer drawer, the new design seemed like it would be better. I'm so glad that I did purchase this, it has been fantastic! We love the door in door and pitcher for ice water and use it constantly. I wasn't sure 2 sizes of ice would be needed, but that is a very nice feature as well. The metal cooling does seem to make a difference, and the spaciousness can't be beat!

The ice maker in the freezer compartment makes absolutely best idea, it frees up lots of room in the refrigerator part. The outer door to the water compartment makes a great idea. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my “bespoke” fridge a couple of weeks ago & we just love it. From the sleek handless flat door front exterior to the interior water & ice systems Samsung has covered all the bases. Auto fill Water pitcher and normal glass of water dispensers are inside…no more water running down the front, the freezer located ice despenser ( two size cubes in separate buckets) will never cause problems that we have experienced in ALL of our prior fridges. The use of stainless interior front& back walls seems to hold cold better. I expect I will NOT be replacing drawers and door mounted plastic storage cubbies as these are about twice as heavy as in any prior fridge.The fourth drawer and it’s temp controls gives great flexibility. Samsung read consumers minds on this one and hit the all the marks spot on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new fridge for our new home and we found this model. It’s below the one with the fancy tablet integrated into it. We did not see the need for that since it’s a fridge and not a computer. I like the styling and ability to change the panels to have different colors. We had a former Samsung fridge with the integrated ice machine and it always had problems with the ice maker. We’re glad this has the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs and it’s enhanced with the 2 different ice shapes. We enjoy the pitcher and fill station. It’s nice to have a pitcher ready to go to make lemonade or a mix. So far we’re very happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bespoke Fridge earlier this year and we are really pleased with it. I was worried about the water dispenser being a pain because I need to open the door but I have found we really like the feature. The only issue we have had so far is when we replaced the water filter it caused a leak under the fridge because we did not make sure we had it fully locked in. Fortunately, my child notice water and we were able to fix the issue by reinstalling it correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it’s been great. It’s big and does what it’s meant to do. The only issues I’ve had are the filter is hard to put in and there was sooooo much tape, I keep finding tiny pieces of tape to pull off that are in hard to reach places.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family is have a "fromance" with our fridge. We love it! The freezer ice system and two sizes of ice are fantastic. We used to have a back up countertop ice maker for our previous fridge (GE) which was pathetic making ice. AND we bought ice all the time. With this dream boat fridge, ice is a'plenty! The hidden door for the beverage center is so fun and the always filled water pitcher is magical. Seriously, we spent a little more on this refrigerator, but it has been more bang for our buck on door storage, beverage system, shelving, bins, even temperatures...run, don't walk to get this refrigerator!
