I hate this refridgerator. I have been a proud supporter of all samsung products for years. The one I replaced was a samsung and I want it back. It may look nice in my kitchen, but it is probably the worst interior shelf and door space I have ever had. Nothing fits. If I put a gallon of milk in the door shelf I can barely get a bottle or box of juice next to it because of the amt of space above it. I can't even fit a large bottle of ketchup in any of the other door shelves because of the height restrictions due to the spacing of the other shelves. The options for the Interior shelves are just as bad. The top shelf Is just one badly spaced useless peice of glass. I can't even put a jar of pasta sauce on it, it's too tall. Then there's the drawers at the bottom for the veggies and fruit. They don't even look like they fit properly. And, yes they are in the. Correct slots and grooves. They both slant and bow towards the middle making it look like they have a broken support somewhere. That brings me to the shelf they create. It is so small you may be able to fit your yogurt cups and thinhs of this height. I don't know what design team came up with this, but it sucks. They really should have thought out the things a normal family would buy and ensure that they fit. I just can't beleive I'm stuck with this for years to come. This is a big refridgerator with a small amount of space and no thought of storing things a normal family uses on a daily basis. I ought this to replace another samsung that constantly froze everything in the bottom of the fridge and I'd rather have that one back.

I love just about everything about this refrigerator. But first the sleek, modern look! The changeable glass panels on the front make it pop in my kitchen. The beverage station inside is convenient. When getting water from the water dispenser, I have not noticed any dripping. No drip tray to clean up. The refillable pitcher is easy to pop our and use and refills right away. Bonus, the refillable pitcher also acts as an infuser. The scoop ice drawers are convenient with two styles of ice available. Inside I love the deep drawers in the freezer. I wasn't sure about the thin shelving in refrigerator at first, but after using it I see it is the perfect place to store egg cartons, berries, yogurts, and other smaller items. The middle drawer has added settings where it can be used to chill wine, store deli products, keep meat cold and even soft freeze! If I leave the door open not only does and alarm sound, but my phone tells me, AND my TV does too! Mind blown! Easy to use setting features and apps are a great addition to this refrigerator. I have no complaints about this product at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That about sums up the Samsung Bespoke 4 Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center. After Hurricane Ida, we lost power for weeks and unfortunately lost many appliances. When we had the opportunity to purchase the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, I did not really think much of it since to me, a fridge is a fridge. Wow! Was I wrong! We had always had stainless steel, which aesthetically is beautiful, but it was always a pain to clean. We opted for the white glass doors instead. It took me all but 5 minutes to realize that this is the same quality as the glass whiteboard we use at work. Who else can say they have whiteboards for refrigerator doors? We leave notes for each other as well as what we need for groceries and calendar events. Being a family of six we always tend to forget what is needed. Let’s talk about the refrigerated sections of the appliance. First, the entire back wall is stainless steel. This helps keep it ice cold even when it’s opened a little longer than expected. There are two drawers, 5 shelves and a ton of space to store your groceries, etc. One of the shelves slides back to make room for something taller, such as a bubbly bottle of Champagne. This unit also came with the beverage center. My kids love that the left door has a secret latch that opens the front half to expose a shelf and a water spigot. The water spigot is high enough to fit my 32oz Hydroflask under it without having to tilt it. It also has a pitcher that sits in its own cubby that automatically keeps itself full. No needing to fill a pitcher every time you want to keep cold water in the refrigerator. Just under the main section is a pull-out cooling tray called the FlexZone™ that has enough room to store canned drinks, cheeses, etc. You can set the temp for this tray for different uses, but we find for drink storage, a nice cold 35°F is perfect. Finally, I want to mention the freezer. The lower door pulls out a deep freezer that we keep at -3°F. It has a deep bottom tray to hold several large bags of frozen food. The upper tray is about 6 inches deep and is split in half. One side has a dual ice maker! How cool is that! Half of the ice tray creates your standard size ice while the other side makes what is called Party Ice. This ice is much smaller and more fun to scoop. Oh! It comes with its own scoop in a little tray just above the ice maker and a cover that auto covers the ice when you slide the door back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely fabulous! We remodel out kitchen and the final touch is the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. The best: the beverage center. It is easy, clean and I love that it is hidden and not leaving any stains or spills. The beverage center door is convenient for the easy access of small and urgent things like a soda, a fruit or a chocolate. The 4 doors open easy and wide. Space in the top shelve if fantastic, for bottles, groceries and snacks, plenty of space and shelves that makes it easy to see and storage our stuff. The middle is great for cheese, meats, and sea food that needs and extra refrigeration mode. Its space is wonderful and also easy access for the little ones when looking for their cheese sticks. And the freezer: its capacity allows great distribution of all our food and ice creams. The dual ice maker works perfectly and is very convenient when having parties, because the one we had before, we we never knew when we were going to run out of ice… Finally the colors, the glass doors and the style. It matches perfect with our new kitchen and it make the space elegant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator in White glass. I love the white glass on this refrigerator, range, and and dishwasher and it's very easy to clean. I really appreciate the door in door for milk and coffee creamer as it keeps the cold air where it belongs to the - in the refrigerator. The ice maker is in the lower section and includes two types of ice cube. The middle drawer is deeper than I thought as it holds a good size bowl of a whole watermelon. So far so good. I know this review is for the refrigerator, but the dishwasher also does a good job and is very quiet.

All is great EXCEPT Samsung has an offer for a second set of panels free. I tried to register for them but they said my receipt isn’t valid. I bought the fridge on their website how can the receipt not be valid!!! No phone number to call or anything. Very bad Consumer service on that part of the sale.

No issues so far and I hope this fridge lasts as long as my last one did. (20 years). Shipping packaging of the fridge was very nice and secure so nothing was damaged.

The crisper drawers close so smoothly too. I also love the two types of ice. It is fun to write on the doors too. This is a well designed fridge and replaces my old Samsung (12 years and was still running, though beginning to show signs of trouble).
