[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A real life saver! During the constant on/off outages last year, my old Kenmore refrigerator died on us out of a sudden. We searched for a new refrigerator everywhere but the delivery dates simply ridiculous, with some cases up to a month and half from the date of purchase!!! Insane!! That's when it hit me and I remember Samsung also makes kitchen appliances and after a quick visit to the online store, I found this Bespoke model with a respectful 4 day delivery... As a tech savvy guy, I was amazed by the features the product was offering and, in a matter of minutes, the purchase was complete. I chose the option with the beverage center which includes a self filling pitcher that always has cold water available. It also has the traditional glass filling option right next to it, so you can choose which one you want to use. To my surprise, the internal space is awesome as the whole water system system is fully embedded on the door. Multiple shelves and drawers keep everything well organized and within reach. The back aluminum plate not only gives a nice look but also helps with the efficient cooling. The adjustable middle drawer has different settings for beverage, freezer, produce, etc. Very convenient to offer cold drinks during parties without the need of opening the fridge door all the time. Freezer bottom drawer is wide and deep and allows lots of food to be stored for the long run. And the refrigerator connects to the Wi-Fi and can be monitored and controlled from the SmartThings app on my phone. It also sends push notifications for open doors, or any system malfunction. Two things I am not a huge fan though: 1. The beverage center is not completely isolated form the fridge. The door shelves are a pass-thru, meaning one can grab things from both side. This means, hot air flows in when the beverage center door is open. 2. The ice maker. The freezer drawer has an internal tray tray which half of it is used by the ice maker with two types of ice (cubes and smaller cubes) and it is located inside the freezer drawer for space optimization. Although a plastic ice scoop is provided, the tray has no ice breaking feature, which makes it hard to get the ice, as the ice cubes often fuse to each other turning into a huge ice block.

It became part of the family very early and easily.

this is a really sleek and classy modern smart refrigerator boasting of great interior space. the beverage center is novel with its awesome autofill pitcher plus the regular water dispenser. the middle drawer is very convenient as it can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer depending on your need/preference. the dual auto ice maker is great. it is fingerprint-resistant and very easy to clean. and of course, being a smart refrigerator, it has wi-fi connectivity so you can easily manipulate temperature from your smartphone. family has been using this for several months now and so far, it's doing really well.

I keep water bottles, mineral waters, energy drinks, and protein shakes there. Plus the water dispenser and auto-refill water pitcher is top notch. My wife likes the flex drawer - we currently use it for snacks for our toddler and deli treats. We have so far been so impressed and have loved out new refrigerator. It even texts you if you leave the door open! It's really the refrigerator of the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago it’s very large in diameter and very small in the inside we could have made a better choice the quality is good so far the exterior panels were incorrect when it arrived but they said that’s what was ordered and we would have to pay extra for the correct color for now it will do but lesson learned.

I was hesitant to get another Samsung refrigerator because I had a previous one that was the “lawsuit” one that caused me constant issues, but this one had such good reviews and a good warranty, I decided to try again. It is stunning and love the new features such as the water pitcher in the door and the flex drawer which I use as my wine drawer. I also love the 2 different types of ice it makes.

I love just about everything about this refrigerator. But first the sleek, modern look! The changeable glass panels on the front make it pop in my kitchen. The beverage station inside is convenient. When getting water from the water dispenser, I have not noticed any dripping. No drip tray to clean up. The refillable pitcher is easy to pop our and use and refills right away. Bonus, the refillable pitcher also acts as an infuser. The scoop ice drawers are convenient with two styles of ice available. Inside I love the deep drawers in the freezer. I wasn't sure about the thin shelving in refrigerator at first, but after using it I see it is the perfect place to store egg cartons, berries, yogurts, and other smaller items. The middle drawer has added settings where it can be used to chill wine, store deli products, keep meat cold and even soft freeze! If I leave the door open not only does and alarm sound, but my phone tells me, AND my TV does too! Mind blown! Easy to use setting features and apps are a great addition to this refrigerator. I have no complaints about this product at all.
