I have owned my Samsung for nearly a month the refrigerator portion will not hold a cool enough temperature for safe use- the freezer portion is so cold it forms ice on my food and the drawers all that works is the middle drawer that can be used to soft freeze or cold cuts we tried resetting the temperature but that did not work

I love how this refrigerator looks and how the interior is arranged. But within two weeks of receiving the fridge, the freezer began to malfunction. It started to generate frosts across all the items stored inside the freezer which would then cause one or both of the ice makers to stop making ice. Then it would randomly stop then maybe another week or two, start doing the same thing again. I'm going to call for warranty repairs.

Love the middle compartment, which is an easy access for the kids for their daily snack and can be easily organized. The access to the water source in the front plus the bonus jug that refills on its own is a plus point. I love that the fridge has a icemaker at the bottom, which is easy to access and convenient. Our old fridge had the icemaker on the front of the door and it took a lot of the storage space. It was not convenient for the kids to use & we always had a mess of ice or water on the floor.

I appreciate the door alarm as I have a child who often leaves the drawer open after grabbing his snack. Keeps food at the temperature that we like.
