[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this refrigerator is everything you could want and more. It does what you'd expect and keeps everything cool as well as you would want. The flex zone is extremely helpful since it can be set to a wide variety of temperatures. It has a very well thought-out inside and it's optimized to fit as much capacity as you could want. The stainless is very nice, but if you don't like stainless there's a multitude of colors and there's glass options as well. One thing Samsung refrigerators have struggled with in the past is the ice makers, but this one is rock solid, no pun intended. Being located in the freezer and not in a door means it's making ice where it should, not in a refrigerated section. The drink station is amazing too, nothing better than filling an owala with the pitcher that's already ready to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is roomy enough. We like the ice cube sizes with the scooper. The ice making is consistent. The water dispenser is kind of slow. The filling station for the carafe works some of the time and is inconsistent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is a nice upgra de to the previous version. There are a few things which are disappointing first is the speaker. For a company that sells so many speakers why put a cheap speaker in their top of the line refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this fridge, we have plans to keep this fridge for over a decade minimum, with how well it cools, we fit ALL our food with room left over, we've also been able to maximize the customized features available. The water filter does an amazing job, we have a purification system but make good use of the water from our fridge as another option as well. It dispenses so clear and fast. Energy savings is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the capacity and the two freezer drawers, plenty of room to store the things we want in the house.💕 The finish doesn't get dirty fast and fingerprints fint jump out annd grab you either. The filters keeps the air and water fresh as well. There is no chlorine taste or smell in the water. The crushed ice is nice and will cool a drink off F-a-s-t too!!_

I had the fridge since 2024 and I haven’t had any issue so far , works perfectly fine with no problem capacity it’s good energy cooling works fine , ice maker works fine , finish it’s good looking , freezer and frost wise with Percy , won’t leak any air , overall we’re happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a dream come true fridge and I really love the spacious drawers and ability to organize my food. However, I want with the removable door shelves, and all of the shelves inside of the fridge can be moved. Even the flex cold drawer has an organizer that can be removed to give you a bigger space for charcuterie, boards, or more wine bottles or anything that you need. The freezer is a great drawer length and depth so I could put so much in there and not have to rely on another fridge or freezer outside. On hot days when we go and get groceries, I feel confident in putting food into the fridge, knowing that the temperatures will keep it cool and make it cold fast.

We get so many compliments on the sleekness of the design too. We love the beverage station - we use the water pitcher constantly and the ice drawer in the freezer. We love the flex drawer and how we can change that to meet our needs. It's also easy for our daughter to access and reach things. She loves that we're able to write on it too. The only thing that could make it better was if we got the one with the screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling of the product is very good with minimal frost with the seals helping. It does have a large capacity to fit a lot there. The finish could be better as the doors are not even and the left door is hard to open. Lastly, would be nice to have more apps and capabilities for the tablet.
