[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 22 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. We love the pitcher. It has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first fridge with the 3 doors. I have always had side by side. I really love all of the room in the fridge plus the deli drawer which you can choose the temperature based on what you have stored in there which is awesome. The dual ice maker has small and larger ice cubes. I must say the freezer does not have as much room as my previous appliance so good thing we have a deep freeze because I couldn’t fit everything from the old freezer into the new one. The fridge has a lot more room than before so that is a plus. And the drink center is amazing. The water pitcher is always full and I use it to fill up the dogs water bowl which makes it so quick and easy. The extra beverage center door make is quick to just grab a canned drink or bottled water if I am on the go. Doesn’t let out the cold from the fridge as it would opening the entire door and easy to use the water dispenser. I like the color and the option to buy different colors in the future if I want to change up the look. It’s a smart appliance. It dings if you leave the fridge door open too long and it also notifies you on the app if the door is left open. It does not ding for the beverage center door just the main doors. The deli drawer only has one light in the left side. I would suggest having one on the other side for future products as it’s hard to see on the right if you have items on that left side that block the light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we’ve only had this fridge about a week or so and lemme tell you. I LOVE It! Love love love it. It’s a very nice and open fridge and plenty of freezer space. I currently am using the middle drawer as a deli drawer and it’s super great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Bespoke and especially the beverage center. This refrigerator was a nice upgrade from our GE Cafe. Love that the panels can be changed out to update colors or remedy any nicks and scratches. (None so far)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new Bespoke refrigerator. It's got a unique look (white glass), holds a lot and has some really nifty features. I thought the Beverage Center was silly before we bought the refrigerator, but now, it's one of my favorite features. Love the two types of ice too. Being able to change the panels is a VERY clever bonus.

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator we've ever owned. We bought it in April 2022 because it looked so nice, had dual ice makers and fit our space. Since then, we've had the ice makers replaced 3 times and 1 is still not working, the entire motor went out resulting in food loss and the drawers have dimpled. The freezer constantly freezes over and the pitcher in the beverage center frequently has algae. When I enter a warranty claim, one particular vendor comes out, even though i specifically request that it's not them, diagnoses the problem, enters a claim and then closes it. The amount of time I've spent on the phone or dealing with repair people is ridiculous. I asked about the door dimpling and was told if we claim it, it will void the warranty because it looks like we damaged it. I'm hoping it lasts until our 3 year warranty expires.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung BESPOKE series refrigerators have always been eye catching when they were first released. After receiving my unit (which is the morning blue / white glass with auto-fill pitcher / beverage center), I must say I'm quite impressed. The product fits incredibly well in any modern home, particularly with matching white cabinets. The auto-fill pitcher is one of my favorite features, it saves an incredible amount of time when trying to find cold, filtered water for any number of uses (e.g. tea kettle, cooking, boiling, etc.). The SmartThings app is INCREDIBLE as well. I have a pretty robust smart home set up, and the ability to slot this into my many other Samsung SmartThings products to use as a holistic ecosystem is great. Overall, I'm pretty impressed with the combination of form and function that Samsung was able to nail with this fridge.

I bought this fridge about 7 months ago. I just love almost everything. Had I done this review last month it would have been 5 stars. But, I changed the water filter.,.no problem there, but now I am not getting my small ice. Only the bigger cubes. What’s wrong? I cannot find any answers on my own. Help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Organization at its simplest. Nothing gets lots in the refrigerator. The flex zone drawer is a game changer, I’m able to store food trays for parties then swap out for drinks that fit perfectly. I love the fact that I’m able to pour a glass of cold water in a mater of seconds versus standing at the refrigerator to fill my cup. I can still do that if I choose to. We never run out of ice, we are a family of 8 and that has been a life saver. The freezer has the right amount of space for all the frozen foods we use most. It is so easy to clean. I never see finger prints or smudges.
