We are extremely disappointed in the fridge. It’s barely 2 years old and the freezer drawer has completely stopped working. We’ve tried contacting Samsung and haven’t gotten any help with repairs etc.

Love the looks and functionality of this fridge. The drawer is awesome, so is the auto fill water pitcher and 2 different ice shapes. I’m impressed by how large it is for counter depth. A++
