I give this refer a 2. Why you ask, the sound absolutely sucks! I mean paying almost 4gs for this thing and my phone has better sound than this dungpile. FORESHAME samsung on cheeping out. The last refer we had sounded amazing, the ice maker just terrible

But Samsung is listening - Consumer Reports and owner feedback show improving reliability and satisfaction over the years. The product is sleek, stylish and solid with good amount of features - Could justify the higher cost. Minor drawbacks include occasional temperature fluctuations (I think this could be corrected by changing cooling modes as I use more of enegy saving mode).

With that said completely surprised how much more room without the ice machine at the top which naturally breaks easily because of the difference in temperature. I have more room for things and the pitcher is perfect when filling the coffee maker, a pot or just for drinking. WAY easier than waiting for a pitcher to fill. I feel like I waste less time cooking because of it. The glass is easier to clean then the stainless steel and the different look seems ahead of the rest. I had a small issue with the freezer drawer not closing all the way after pulling out the part but obviously thats my bad. However know that is something to make sure you do correctly. The water replacement is easier that others I've had all around can say it the best I've had!

Ice maker does a good job, I even shut it off for a couples of days so we could use up the ice. My wife really likes this one. Only issue we had was delivery, dates changed multiple times. Be ready for a delay. Access to the water area only takes a couple of times until it becomes habit. It's nice to have cold filtered water on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love this refrigerator....finally have room for groceries & LOVE having the freezer on the bottom (as much as I'm shrinking) LOL only thing I didn't do was allow for the extra 3 inches to open the door, don't make the same mistake, thankfully because I have a counter depth, I was able to pull it out a little more & it looks fine. Love the colors too. It's such a pretty shade of blue.

The white glass is great ... cannot see fingerprints easily. The freezer is a good size and it's nice having two sizes of ice cubes.

I never have an issue with storage because the refrigerator is so spacious. I am able to fit everything I need in the refrigerator and the freezer without any issues. There’s plenty of room. The French doors are amazing the inner Door beverage center might be my favorite thing with the picture and the filter for my mint water. If you could hear the tone of my voice, you would know how excited I am about this refrigerator
