Atrocious quality for a mid-$2000 product! Bought in July 2022, was super pleased with it. Now, about 3y later, fridge/freezer will not cool down to set temperatures, remaining somewhat cool. Worse is that the freezer is at 40F!!! Going through the online forums, this appears to be a common issue. Not much help from Samsung, who've requested to file a service request. Who knows how much that is going to cost...My wife and I've been loyal Samsung customers, I suppose it is time to rethink this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Bespoke for a few weeks now, and so far, so good! We really like the quick access to the water pitcher and refill station. Refilling my water bottle is much faster than our old frig. We keep our water bottles in the quick access door, which is pretty convenient. We also like the drawer that can be set at different temperatures.

The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process. My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.

There’s so much interior space and the shelves are versatile so that everything fits perfectly. I love the two different ices and having the water pitcher on autofill makes it easy to fill my coffee maker with filtered water. Everyone that sees my new fridge loves it!

The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern, and the customizable door panels are a nice touch if you want to personalize your space. The Beverage Center™ is a standout feature—having both the internal water dispenser and the AutoFill pitcher is incredibly convenient, especially for a busy household. The Dual Ice Maker with Ice Bites™ is also a hit, especially during summer entertaining. Storage is generous and flexible. The FlexZone™ drawer with adjustable temperature settings is great for snacks, drinks, or even deli items. Everything feels well thought out and easy to organize. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Smart features, while cool, can be a bit finicky. The app integration isn’t always seamless, and there’s a slight learning curve to getting everything set up just right. Also, it’s a large appliance—make sure to measure carefully before delivery. Overall, it’s a high-end fridge that delivers on style, space, and innovation. Just a few tweaks to the tech side and it would be flawless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex drawer is a game changer. As a mom, it’s awesome to put kid friendly, ready-to-eat snacks for easy reaching. No more climbing on a chair to reach! We are also a huge fan of the pitcher. It’s great for when you’re in a rush and need to fill a water bottle but don’t want to wait for the dispenser to fill it. I can fill an entire 40 oz Stanley and there is still water left in the pitcher. And then it refills itself as soon as it’s put back in its spot! The ice is awesome too! I was able to get rid of my countertop ice maker and save space in my kitchen. Love having a variety.

Another thing that I love is the water pitcher. I actually prefer to use the pitcher over the automatic water dispenser. Another feature we use in our house is that you can write on the fridge with a dry erase marker so we keep the dinner menu on the front.

I've had past issues with other refrigerators that had ice makers in the top section. I like the drawer ice maker and really like the drink station. I use the carafe more than the water dispenser itself. There is plenty of storage space and the mid drawer is convenient for snacks. The glass front surface is easy to maintain and looks great.
