The Morning Blue glass panels look incredible — we get compliments every time someone walks into the kitchen, and the fact that we can swap panels down the road if we ever redo the space is a huge plus. The Beverage Center is the unsung hero. The AutoFill pitcher means we always have cold filtered water ready, and the kids love tossing fruit in the infuser basket. Being able to grab water without opening the full door is a small thing that turns out to matter every single day. Storage is massive. The FlexZone drawer has been a game-changer for hosting — we flip it to freezer mode before parties for extra ice cream and appetizer space, then back to fridge for everyday use. The dual ice maker giving you both cubed and nugget ice is genuinely fun. I didn’t think I cared about nugget ice until I had it on tap. It runs quiet, keeps temps steady, and the SmartThings app is actually useful for checking if we left a door open on the way out. Sleek, functional, and built for a real family kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own Samsung Bespoke 4 door fridge for 3 years now and its by far the best i used in last 20 years. There is not a single issue, i took the maintenance service plan but never had to use. Lots of smart features to control from the phone app. Plenty of space for freezer and regular items. There is a flexi zone which is super convenient to keep meat juice wine etc and maintain the temperature accordingly. Definitely recommend.

It doesn’t show grime and fingerprints when you have a bunch of little hands around. The water feature having the pitcher option is amazing. The ice is so convenient and offers two different ice sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s much to love about this refrigerator, the French door freezer format is much easier than the single drawer I was used to. And the hidden door-in-the-door for access to a water pitcher and condiments. My one problem is with the ice maker. There’s no back to the drawer that conveniently brings the ice out to you. But the ice maker fills the tray to the top and every time you open the drawer, ice falls out the back and into the freezer.

The bespoke AI Home Screen is kind of less responsive but otherwise it’s all good, gorgeous appliances that compliment our kitchen. The best part is to setup m, control it from SmartThings app. I wish the Home Screen was more responsive and fluid, the touch response is quite but the opening of apps and processing, changing page options etc are way slow, not sure if that’s how it works or it just mine device that behaves like this. Having said that I would recommend the appliance to friends and anyone who is interested in buying refrigerator with latest technology.

This Refridgerator is beautiful. I love the glass front. I love the small drawer for snacks, I love the ice makers and the bottom freezer. I am 70 years old and this is probably my 5th refridgetor that I’ve had to change a filter. This fridge is almost IMPOSSIBLE to change the filter. The water MUST be turned off before changing it. It means you must pull out the fridge and turn the valve or in my case go to the crawl space and turn off the house water. The pressure is so high that reinstalling the filter is VERY difficult to replace. I have just finished mopping up my floor, cleaning out all the drawers, and trying to roll the fridge out. Did I mention I’m 70? I now have choices. I can never change the filter again or hire a plumber to do it. ARGH!

The ice making is incredibly fast, and we love having the two different sizes (especially the smaller Ice Bites). Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold, and the FlexZone drawer is incredibly useful. love that can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what I need-it's perfect for extra drinks during gatherings or freezing bulk items. The beverage center and built-in water pitcher are also super convenient and something I didn't realize use as much as do. Storage is well thought out, with plenty of room and adjustable shelving that actually makes a difference when organizing groceries. The double ice maker is a nice bonus, especially for entertaining.
