The refrigeration seems to be very efficient, and the ice maker is working without any problems. I'll provide a long term update at the 6 month and 1 year mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a horrible time with our previous Samsung refrigerator as the ice machine in the door keep freezing up. After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.

We got standard configuration and not counter depth. Also it could be controlled through an app which makes so easy to operate.

But Samsung is listening - Consumer Reports and owner feedback show improving reliability and satisfaction over the years. The product is sleek, stylish and solid with good amount of features - Could justify the higher cost. Minor drawbacks include occasional temperature fluctuations (I think this could be corrected by changing cooling modes as I use more of enegy saving mode).

I give this refer a 2. Why you ask, the sound absolutely sucks! I mean paying almost 4gs for this thing and my phone has better sound than this dungpile. FORESHAME samsung on cheeping out. The last refer we had sounded amazing, the ice maker just terrible

With that said completely surprised how much more room without the ice machine at the top which naturally breaks easily because of the difference in temperature. I have more room for things and the pitcher is perfect when filling the coffee maker, a pot or just for drinking. WAY easier than waiting for a pitcher to fill. I feel like I waste less time cooking because of it. The glass is easier to clean then the stainless steel and the different look seems ahead of the rest. I had a small issue with the freezer drawer not closing all the way after pulling out the part but obviously thats my bad. However know that is something to make sure you do correctly. The water replacement is easier that others I've had all around can say it the best I've had!

2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best laid out refrigerator Ive ever owned. I’ve bought many appliances over the years. I currently have two kitchens. The Samsung Bespoken is so spacious. I love the that all the condiments and more can fit in the side doors leaving the main body very roomy for large items. It’s wonderful for organizing properly. The option draw of cool/ freeze is great. The freezer is massive and I love the double ice bin. I can better control the ice by use the scoop verses the traditional in the door ice that spits out ice all over the floor. I can’t say enough about how pleased my family is with our purchase. Thank you Samsung, you’ve done it get - hone run !!!!

The flex drawer is a great option, but everyone's favorite is the beverage center! People love figuring out the "secret door" - and who doesn't love a water pitcher that refills itself?
