This one keeps the temperature exactly right , my milk stays cold but doesn’t freeze yay. My ice cream is soft frozen not rock hard. My veggies aren’t being dried out. Overall I like am in love with this new fridge. It’s looks great and goes smoothly with my kitchen decor just beautifully. I have no real connection issues. Very comforting knowing that my food will be at a constant set temperature.

My favorite feature is the smart things app. I always know my fridge/freezer temps, can control the ice maker and auto order a new water filter when it's time. I love the sliding shelves to make room for taller pans. It looks small inside but holds so much. A ton of bottles fit in the door. The auto water pitcher is used all day long by my kids. They definitely drink more water since we purchased.

Love the fact i could put pictures of my family on it and customize the screen to my liking. With all that the efficiency is still fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the 4 door Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Family Hub. The design is well though after and without any issues for the most part. The only flaw is not the actual Fridge but the Family Hub. It has some flaws in terms of hanging up but a simple reboot fixes it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved it the moment it was delivered. The inside water dispenser has both a push spout - and a pre-filled picture already filled. The middle drawer is spacious. Love the sphere. Great ergonomics. Connecting it to my Samsung app is pretty simple. Most appliances are wifi enabled. The temperature and cooling is consistent so far. We'll circle back in a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the fridge now for 2 weeks and it is excellent in terms of functionality, efficient space and design. We really enjoy the use of the mid-line cooler section with 5 separate temperature settings depending on what we put in there. Our kids love the beverage center with built in water pitcher and water dispenser. I personally like controlling the settings from the app on my phone. One thing to note is that it takes some time for ice to be made - while not a negative for our family, for others it could be an issue.
