I was looking for a smaller soundbar to fit under my flat screen TV at an affordable price. Unfortunately, this soundbar is not the best in the world. The sound is little more than a computer speaker that can be connected to your TV. For the money that was paid, I would definitely skip this product and splurge on a soundbar that provides better sound quality. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone that wants that theater sound. If you're just looking to up your sound experience for your computer or your laptop, then this is your choice. Otherwise, a company that has previously been a great supplier of TVs and other electronics at reasonable prices, missed the mark this time.

We bought this bar to augment sound quality from the new Vizio TV that we bought--as TVs focus more on visual acuity it goes w/o saying some components may be compromised mainly TV speakers. The combo makes for immersed entertainment experience. Great value for money.

Bought this a couple weeks ago. I live in side by side condos so no subwoofer advised. I love all the input connections; I have Sony Bravia TV (ARC, Roku on TV HDMI), Squeezebox 2 (AUX, Burr-Brown DAC), Echo Spot (AUX VA). So I still Optical open for future use. The sound is very good for my application. As long as your room is moderately sized (eg Bedroom) this sound bar fits the need perfectly.

This is my 4th Vizio & the smallest. If you aren't directly in front of the screen the picture is very white, not as vivid as front view. Sound is horrible. Could not use the legs provided because my stand is not that wide, so had to Velcro TV to stand & the speakers are on the bottom. Had to buy a Vizio Sound Bar & that's another story.

Got a good price on a refurbished unit. Base performance is so so, but as expected for 2.0. Really improved volume projection; tv is in a corner of large, cathedral ceiling room (previously you could hear better across the room, not where we were viewing). I am not an audiophile; sound quality is more than adequate for tv and movies. I was easily able to pair it with my 10 year old Vizio remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd VIZIO brand sound bar and we are pleased with the sound - not so much on staying in sync/connected. It can be a bit temperamental - thus far I have had to turn it off and back on again a couple of times. Perhaps it will fix itself.
