Love how walmart carries a big bag of corn flour. This brand is the best brand to make corn tortillas, empanadas, and much more. Great value for the money.

Great tasting tortillas, however, it is GMO. There are some that react negatively to Gluten, however Gluten for most of us is a very good thing, the term Gluten-Free lends an air of; 'responsibly processed and good for us'. From what I understand Gluten Free, tells us that the processing equipment processes mainly Corn, and no wheat. Why do they tout this or any product as G-F, as if that qualifies it as a healthy product, while it's actually GMO? (gmo, diminishes the need for reduced pesticide use.) If a farmer for whatever reason or by accident, triples or quadruples the pesticide, the plant may survive, but will we?
