Great buy only thing is it needs more racks than 2 but I purchased more through the company

We got this a few months ago to store our whole Holstein we butchered. Fits the whole cow with room to spare. I love I’m able to fit 50lb sacks of flour to freeze to kill any bug eggs at the same time. We have it sitting in our shop and it’s only frosted around the seal a small amount in one spot. I really like the strong seal it has when I go to open it. Would recommend if you need some serious freezer space.

This freezer appears well made and has several nice features. Some things to help make a decision: Documentation says that it is for operation in environments above 32⁰ F and below 90⁰. So, not garage rated? The sizes listed include the protruding hinges and latch for the lid, so they are correct for physical dimensions, but the Documentation requires a 5 inch clearance in all directions, so take that into consideration. There is a monthly cleaning of the coils requirement that will involve access to a panel on the side. It might be possible to slide the freezer forward (it has caster rollers) when full, but it is also something to consider. Assembly is pretty easy and involves a few screws for the latch/lock assembly. Phillips # 2 screwdriver. The power cord is 6 feet long and on the back right side as you face the front of the freezer. The freezer is also 6 feet long. Planning which outlet to use without an extension cord is not a bad thing. The freezer itself was easy to remove from the very well packaged and protective cardboard and Styrofoam wrapping. It was easy enough to move with two men and a furniture dolly. The inside is a clean and rectangle shape made of metal. The inside corners are also squared, so getting the grunge out of them will take some effert after a spill. 2 top baskets come with it, but more can be used to prevent the formation of freezer mummies in the bottom. Overall a good freezer for someone who needs a big storage unit and has room for it. If it lasts a long time and doesn't cost much to operate (should be frugal with the 3"(!) Of foam insulation all around it).

I have had this freezer for over a year and a half and it's been great. I keep mine in a detached garage in a northern climate where the garage temp often goes to 0 in the winter and 80+ in the summer....holds temperature very well. The handle broke in the first week.

Delivery was early . Freezer was literally dropped in our driveway

The item was delivered damaged! And I'm still waiting for a response back from Sam's and manufacturer! I paid 800$ for a freezer and it's damaged!!!! Seriously how hard is it to contact a business?

unit cools well but makes and odd rythmic rattling noise . The freezer is in the garage or I would send it back.

we use just 1 week, but already door is broken. only used for open and closed.

This review is in regards to a FRIGIDAIRE 10-cu ft sfreezer chest. The reason why I'm posting it here is because my review was blocked, and it's regarding their delivery and the condition of the item. I purchased it to replace an old one that wasn't cooling as it used to. After comparing sizes, prices, and delivery times, I chose this one. It was supposed to arrive 2 days after placing the order (I even scheduled the delivery time), instead, it arrived 12 days later. I called almost every day and was told it would arrive the next day. In the meantime, my old freezer started to defrost. In the end, I ended up having to toss over $100 worth of groceries. To add insult to injury, after setting it up, I noticed there was a dent on the door. I reached out to customer service and was told the item was out of stock and that all they could offer for the "inconvenience" was a $10 gift card. DO NOT ORDER LARGE APPLIANCES FROM SAM'S.
