First, the look is stunning. The flat panel design with recessed handles blends right into my cabinets and gives my kitchen a clean, built-in feel I didn't think was possible at this price point.

The two types of ice and the water pitcher are everything, so incredibly useful and way better than standing and waiting to fill your bottle. Instead, you always just have a full pitcher. Tons of room. Would recommend looking at the dimensions before you buy the standard versus the counter depth. The standard is big! But it works for me, and we measured the perfect spot so it doesn't stick out. It's also incredibly heavy and not easy to move.

Some issue with smart things, occasionally lost connection and unable to reconnect for quite awhile (many days) despite tried resetting. Ice making can be improved by speed and better isolation so cubes won't stick together.
