The built-in water pitcher gets used constantly in our house, and the whole appliance is very simple to control using the SmartThings app. The Power Cool and Power Freeze functions are awesome, especially when I'm prepping steaks and ingredients for the grill and need to drop the temperature quickly. ​A quick tip for new owners: when it comes time to replace the water filter, the water pressure can make the dial feel completely stuck. You don't need to force it or shut off your water! Just push the filter firmly inward while twisting to the left, and it pops right out. Once you know that trick, maintaining this fridge is a breeze. Highly recommend. This model has plenty of space for our family of 5 and the stainless finish hasn't been bad at all.

The inside refillable pitcher is great and little kids can't play with the water as if it were a beverage station. Keeps food nice and cold without any problems at all. It's great on energy haven't seen any changes in power usage since getting it . The nice stainless steel finish is easy to work with and fingerprints are super easy to wipe off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best fridge. My husband and I have really enjoyed the storage capacity and the ease of changing cooling settings. We opted for the stainless steel version and it's absolutely stunning. It has moveable interior shelves for organization changes and two crisper drawers for vegetables as well as two crisper drawers for beverages. It's easy on our power bill because even for its large size it doesn't draw too much power, all in all it was a fantastic purchase.

I am glad it comes with a service warranty since I am sure a repair tech will have a wonderful time repairing it. That is if we can find a repairman to work on it.

The lower freezer makes it easier to use the refrigerator. You can see everything in there and easy to retrieve anything.

I have always been a samsung appliances user. This is an excellent product, however, some minor designing shortcomings- when you put items on the left side door shelves, the mullion doesn't catch the receiver and the door flipper stays stuck- shut or open.
