Thought I'd give this a try. Didn't have high expectations due to the price being quite low. I won't buy again.

A lovely expression of the Sonoma chardonnay. Citrus on the nose and a nice crisp finish.++++++++++++

This is the most buttery smooth Chardonnay I have ever tasted with one exception, which it tastes almost identical to - and that Rombaeur Chardonnay, which is much more expensive. Members Mark has done it again!

I've been drinking this chardonnay for quite awhile now because the price is right and occasionally I will get a really spectacular bottle, or even a few. But I cannot believe how much this wine varies from bottle to bottle, even within the same vintage and sold in the same case. Sometimes it is a creamy delicious toasty chardonnay like I prefer and what I would expect from a Sonoma vineyard chardonnay. Then the next bottle from the same case, marked as the same vintage, tastes like a sauvignon blanc, dry enough to pucker your mouth. I've thrown out entire bottles or used them for cooking. And that, I do not like.
