I’ve been using my Shark robot vacuum for a while now, and while it cleans really well (seriously, it picks up everything!), there are a couple of issues that make it frustrating to use. • Suction: No complaints here—this little thing sucks in the best way possible. It handles pet hair, crumbs, and dust like a champ. • Battery: This is where it falls short. The battery life feels way too short, and it struggles to finish a full job without needing a recharge. • App: The app is clunky and glitchy. Half the time it won’t connect or it lags, which makes scheduling and controlling the vacuum harder than it should be. If Shark could improve the battery and app experience, this would be a five-star machine. For now, it’s a strong cleaner with some annoying tech issues.

Do not buy this vacuum. This model is no longer being made and Shark does not offer parts for it. You cannot get parts for this model anywhere online (search for yourself and see). And most parts are not compatible with other models in the 900 series. You can also get this outdated model much cheaper at other online storews since it is discontinued. Shark offers zero cusotmer support as well.

My husband & I love this Shark Robot. Works well it. Love how it picks up pet hair also. Only thing which is no problem is you need to empty after each use. Which my old vacum I emptied it when I got done. My husband constantly letting the robot clean our carpet goes under the bed. We Love It.Would recommend highly.

Finally caved into buying one, love it! But, how do I get a battery replacement and is this normal for a 5 month old vac? I’m assuming that’s what it is, while docked it shows a flashing red battery then disappears: and This model# doesn’t seem to exist for replacement parts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Was so excited but unable to register and set up the app. It won't connect so it is incompatible with my phone. Bummer as watching IT run vs me being the one running was a thrill. May have to return to the old school vacuum or purchase a different robit from a different manufacturer with universal compatibility. Was able to run it manually twice with no app access and it picked up 90% of what was in front of it. Got stuck in the bathroom and had to be picked up and put on the charging base after running through the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Battery was low with 3 rooms left to vacuum. May have to return since unable to utilize the app to select rooms, view history and whatever else having the app provides. Was so excited even though a self-dump would be nice. Just hate the prices on those. We will see.

This does the work in no time leaving your house pick and spawn. With its high-quality sensors this leave no mess. Dust are litter behind.. works great on both hardwood and carpet. Does not have a hard time navigating or getting between furniture.. has no problem with obstacle being around. My favorite feature is the scheduling feature to when I want to clean my house.. I absolutely love this perfect gift.

Still not sure if i will keep it. Seems it gets lost and doesn't finish rooms.

This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.
