This is the third Shark robot we have purchased over the last 5 years. This one does an excellent job.

I wasn't extremely impressed with the performance. I tested it in an small area where I could visibly see the dust/debris left behind.

Does a great job keeping my house clean as I am busy working. It will not stop cleaning until done or until battery runs low which is in about 2-3 hours.

Seems to work good when you start it manually. Cannot get the app to connect and customer service is horrible. They say that the send a link to pair the machine with the app but it doesn't show up in my inbox, spam or trash.

I actually have two of these. I love them so much. I have three dogs and a cat and I run this every day. It's very effective at cleaning up all the pet hairs and anything else that might be on my floors. Does well over carpet, tiles, hardwood, and linoleum. The app is easy to use, and I like it because I am able to schedule start cleanings on any day that I want it.

I've used this Shark robot for several weeks and have mixed feelings. Setup was straightforward and the app is easy to use. It picks up PetHair well on hard floors, though you may still need to run an edge broom for corners. It navigates around Obstacles most of the time but can get confused under low furniture. Noise is noticeable while running but not unbearable. Emptying the bin is simple, although you may find yourself doing it more often than with larger vacuums.

I bought this as an upgrade from my older Shark. The old Shark would roam the house in random ways. It was not designed to learn or create a map. It also got stuck almost every time maybe because it is lighter weight. The EZ model is very methodical- running back and forth in a tight pattern. It has not yet gotten stuck anywhere maybe because it is a little heavier ir maybe it is more nimble in turning and navigating changes in floor height and obstructions.

I bought this product in September 2022 and used it on average once a week. In May 2023 it stopped charging and chatted with Samsclub customer service but they said over 90 days replacement policy. Be careful and keep your expectations to the minimum.
