We appreciate you letting us know about the condition of your PODS. It may be helpful to know that the product is designed to dissolve when it comes in contact with water, so if they're exposed to moisture at any point, they can become stuck together, leak or burst. We understand this may have happened in transit, but we do also have some tips to get the most out of our product when it's in your home. Be sure your hands are dry when handling the product, and always store the product in a dry area. Also keep the package in a room-temperature area with low humidity, and keep it tightly closed between uses. If the PODS are stuck together, don't pull them apart. It is safe to throw them in the wash together, as long as it is no more than 2 or 3 that are joined. If they've actually burst, and the liquid is leaking out of the PODS, then we'd like for you to please not use them and reach out to us so that we can help you further.
