This has been my favorite for years. I am done waiting on you to fix it. It is obvious there was and is a problem. "Nothing changed" no longer rings true. You have lost my family and a lot of loyal customers by not getting this issue corrected. Obviously something is different. If you cant figure it out, just be honest but STOP saying nothing has changed. All these reviews should tell you that you really missed something or you think you can keep tweaking things until you get this "non change" close enough to right that we will all just accept it. I have used this creamer for many many years. Recently I purchased a new 64 oz bottle of Italian Sweet Creme and upon using it immediately noticed a difference in the taste. After the 3rd use I called Nestle and found out the recipe has been changed!!! I am so disappointed... The original taste was perfect and I wonder why the change was made??? Please change it back so I can continue enjoying my one cup of coffee each day for many more years to come!!!

My husband and I have been using this creamer for years....it is the only creamer that I like. I drink a ton of coffee and just bought 2 big jugs....that are now wasted. Why on earth did you have to change it? the "new formula" has a horrible taste. Please go back to the old way, this is ridiculous. All the negative comments on here.....something should be done. A ton of sales are going to be lost on your part. Super dissatisfied.

I think the sour taste is finally getting better but now it has like a burnt taste? I'm not entirely sure how to describe it. I messaged coffee mate through facebook back in August and sent pictures of the bottles and the only reply i got was that they had not changed their recipe. Something clearly is wrong with the process in making this product. I have been using this creamer for the past 5 years and have never had this issue before. This issue hasn't been fixed even though its been 6 months, i have started to recommend other brands to my customers in the mean time. But would really love to get this one back, it's always been my favorite.

You keep replying that nothing has changed. Listen to your consumers. Something is different about the taste. I first noticed I needed more of the product for the medium taste I like. Did you lower the amount of cream? It taste diluted. Then there is the aftertaste. Your loyal fans of what was once a smooth, rich taste are not all wrong here!

Hate this new version of Italian Creme. Unfortunately, I bought two 66oz. bottles of it that I have yet to get rid of. I mix it with light cream and a little sugar in an attempt to cover up the bitter taste. I won't be buying it again and neither will my friends!

It is terrible. It's sickenly, artificially sweet without creaminess. This has been our only, go-to cream for years. We even pack it on trips. We thought maybe we got a bad batch and purchased another, that reminded us how wonderful the former was -- and noticed the different packaging. The new (terrible) ones show a picture of a glass mug versus a ceramic mug (the good ones). So we raided our local stores for the remaining older ones and hope you change it back by the time we run out. Otherwise, we're going to move to another brand.

COFFEE MATE ITALIAN SWEET CREME We are long time users of this product but unfortunately all bottles of this product with a December 2020 expatriation date appear to have an off / sour taste. Posts on the Coffee Mate website reveals this is a wide spread nation wide problem. Just make sure you keep your receipts. After tossing two large bottles we have bought more and they were bad also. We are very thankful for Walmart's return policy. Gainesville, TX area.

I cannot tell you how long I have been buying this and it's my favorite creamer and I am obsessed with it. I am soooo bummed about the change in flavor because it no longer tastes like the sweet cream I love - the only flavor I taste is artificialness and chemicals. There's also an artificial aftertaste that is not enjoyable and it's honestly not something that's drinkable.
