[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee Mate is by far the best brand on the market and I have been using it for many years. I first tried it while traveling and having breakfast and coffee before leaving the hotel. I try all of the flavors and this is so delicious, sweet and creamy which may be my favorite.

My husband and I have been buying this creamer for years because it was the absolute BEST creamer out there! I just bought 2 64oz bottles and I tried to start my day as usual with my first cup of coffee, and it was terrible!!! So I thought maybe it was a just a bad/ruined bottle until I opened my second one but again, it was AWFUL!!! My husband went back to the store tonight and bought another bottle so we could start tomorrow morning on a good note. I have been craving it badly so I made a cup tonight to make sure it was good. I MAY HAVE TO STOP DRINKING COFFEE NOW!!! The third bottle was just as HORRIBLE! I can't drink coffee without my favorite sweet Italian creamer!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN! What happened?????

My husband and I have used Italian Sweet Cream for many years. We even go out of our way to travel with it because it is irreplaceable. Unfortunately the taste has dramatically changed starting with the December expiration dates. We have purchased different sizes and purchased from different stores. Please contact me if you ever bring back the original recipe. This recipe has a sour aftertaste.

I have been a very loyal Italian Sweet Cream drinker for around 10 years. It's always my go to creamer. However, the last 3 LARGE bottles taste terrible. The dates are good but the flavor and smell is so bad! I've bought several hoping it was just a bad batch and even tried different stores. I've started buying the smaller bottles and those taste like the normal delicious creamer I'm use to! What's happening? If it helps I'm located in Illinois.

So a few months ago I bought a couple big bottles of my all time favorite creamer. Like I wouldnt be happy if I didn't have my morning cup with my creamer. But it tasted like a sour metallic, chemical taste all in one. Then yesterday I bought a small bottle with a Jan date hoping it would be back to normal. Subverting has changed. A new or change of ingredients. I hope one day it will be back but I'm afraid to try anything from coffee mate now. This is a sad day

After the irst bad batches and initial complaints, stores in my area stopped carrying sweet cream, until this week. Tried again and still so disappointed. While the awful rancid flavor is gone, once the cream heats up it still smells and tastes sour. Scratch it off the list again! Will it ever be resolved? French vanilla has never had this issue. Stay away until verified as fixed!

I'm not sure what happened to the taste of what used to be a great flavor. It now has a sour milk taste. These four bottles all taste horrible. I've opened them all thinking it may have been a bad batch but they all taste the same. Please let me know when fixed. Money lost since they have to go down the drain.

We live in Reno-Sparks, Nevada and cannot find the Italian Sweet Cream by Coffeemate since late August 2020. Is there a problem with it's production? We've been using this sweetener for several years and no ones else comes close to Coffeemates smooth sweet flavor.
