Quite tasty and rich, but I would not buy - I only buy the sugar free flavors, as I have to watch my sugar intake. No ding on the product, though. I would recommend it for those who don't have a dietary sugar restriction. Sugar Free French Vanilla is MY go to flavor!

I have purchased two bottles of Italian Sweet Cream from our local Publix in Florida. Both have tasted terrible. Not necessarily sour but not good and not Italian Sweet Cream. Both had December 2020 expiration dates. I dumped them out. This used to be the only creamer my husband and I would drink.

I used to buy this two bottles at a time it was amazing. Now it seems sometime around the end of 2012 they changed the formula. It used to settle in the bottle just a bit. Now it is thinner and atrocious. Now i have to buy coldstone sweet cream. It's better than the new formula. But not even close to what the were selling in 2011. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Been drinking this Italian Sweet Cream for years, but like other reviewers have stated, there is now a strange taste to the creamer, almost chemical-like, and it ruins the flavor. I've read your responses here that there has not been a change to the product but obviously something is different if several of us are taking the time to post a review about it here. I love my creamer, but won't be buying until you've figured it out.

I've tried both sugar free and regular, and there's been no improvement: our long-standing favorite continues to be spoiled by a chemical, sour flavor. Our purchases have been in Maryland, April-August 2020. CoffeeMate, how many complaints will it take for a fix? We're all eager to buy our favorite product again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Coffee-mate creamer. This has been a staple in my home for years. My new favorite is Vanilla bean. Its creamier than traditional French vanilla make pairs well with my coffee. I enjoy it in hot and cold coffee.

This has been our favorite creamer for years, but Coffee Mate has changed the formula and the new bottles have a distinctly unpleasant flavor that it never had before. You can tell the new "bad" bottles because they list soybean oil as the third ingredient. The older, "good" bottles listed vegetable oil. That is probably not the only change, but the new recipe using soybean oil is not good and overpowers the flavor of the coffee. Not sure why they made the change, but it was a terrible idea.
