[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries my full load a lot quicker than my 20 year old dryer. I do need to set the dryness level at the highest setting in order for the clothes to be fully dry for the most part. However, there are still instances where the clothes still come out damp even at this highest setting. I would then need to put the clothes back in and use the timed dry function.

This dryer is super frustrating. On the surface it looks like a great dryer. However, the moisture sensor is way to aggressive. Even when I put it set to maximum dryness it still stops way short of where the clothes should be. Who wants to walk around with wet waists and collars? Sure I can put it on time dry and go that route but what's the point of having a sensor function that performs so horribly? I see by other reviews that I'm not alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits a good bit of clothes! I put my king size quilt blanket and it dried it in 30 minutes! Pretty cool features on controlling on my phone! That's going to take some getting used to! The blanket came out feeling so clean and sanitized and was pretty hot when taken out! The steam feature is pretty great as well!

It dries quickly without overheating, and the moisture sensor does a great job adjusting drying time automatically. It's surprisingly quiet and energy-efficient. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been an excellent purchase, dry times were significantly reduced compared to our old dryer. A another great feature is i can control it my phone so I don't even have to get from the couch ! Can't believe it! Has the ability to dry a lot of clothes, and also comes out wrinkle free. The steam dry is a excellent feature we love to just feel that extra clean sense.

Takes over two hours to dry sheets because it twists and balls them up into a heavy solid mass. Doesn't matter what setting you put it on -- bulky items, bedding -- or if you you dryer balls or not, or if we put in just a few items -- just one set of sheets. It is just a very bad technology and is extremely wasteful.

The steamed options ensure all my clothes are dried well. The capacity and connectivity are amazing. It has so many features that work fast.

Mine broke in the first year because the engineers designed it with a small pulley system, The service guy showed us how cheaply it was made and the problems that persist with this design. One of the more expensive systems they make and the service guy said they are made to break to replace within 4 yrs. We have had to buy in every 4 yr of the past because they cannot handle the use. Sadd........
