Great quality and price

I purchased three of these about 5 yr.s ago and love them. They clean up well. I have pets and my older dog went thru a period where he was using it for his bathroom. It cleans up well with an enzyme cleaner. The person that complained in one of the other reviews used it over crushed rock which wouldn't clean up as thoroughly due to the fact it was leaching into the soil. I personally feel they wear and clean up well. they look as good as the day I purchased and are in a heavy traffic area. Plan to purchase another one for a different area soon!

I do not recommend this artificial turf if you have pets. I had this installed approx 5 months ago and the odor from my dog pee'ing is already horrible. I have one small dog. I water the grass, have Envirofill as the infill, use enzyme cleaners monthly, and it still smells. The turf was installed on top of crushed rock and no barrier. There just aren't enough holes on the underside of the turf. I recommend spending the extra money and purchase fully permeable turf. My turf has been installed...cut to fit my yard of approx 300 sq ft., glued together at seams, and nailed down. Although it is supposed to be warranted, I doubt the company, nor Sam's will give me a refund at this point. So basically, I'll have to cut/rip this out and have fully permeated turf installed. For me, it's a waste of money and I do not recommend if you have a pet.
