Two things I don't like: no light like the dryer but I'm assuming because there's water involved 😆 and I can't changed the door position. When they installed it, I didn't even think about the direction the doors would swing open, so my washer is actually on the wrong side and I can't move it now 😢.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installers are lazy fellows. They did not install due to light other work. Simply left the washer with unhook. Unit is good but installers are bad. Really I do not like to hire them if I am samsung owner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is absolutely perfect for my large family. It has a great deal more space inside than I thought. I can put a queen size comforter in it and the vibration reduction technology does its job. It’s actually smaller in length than my previous washer but holds so much more. I love it!!!

Drum doesn't clean with self clean and stinks. Front Door Seal leaks and is falling apart. Fills with water 3/4 all the time and does not finish wash. Need to unload and drain with a cloth and bucked. I will never buy Samsung appliances again. They need to stick to phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung washer is less then 2 years old out of warranty. Noticed a banging noise. Took apart the machine and somehow the counterweight balance snapped in two. Very conscious of how much we load into the washer so very confused on how a piece that is made of such a hard material just snaps so Had to replace it but now it slightly leaks will have to get a new washer soon.

Even showed the 3rd party installation guys how to use the calibration mode. Note: You need to use newest stacking kit SKK-8K if your stacking new washer with older dryer on top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the washer for close to a year now. Very happy with the performance. It has a self cleaning feature that keeps the loader from smelling. An issue we had was the graphics on the control panel. They slowly started to fade. We contacted support and within a few weeks, the panel was replaced. For the price, this washer is top notch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So our old Samsung front loader finally went out after having it many years and I just didn't have the time to repair it. We decided on replacement and my wife concurred it had to be another Samsung. When we saw this washer we knew it would be the one we wanted and went out to get it. After getting it home and hooking it up it was time to test it out as we had plenty of laundry waiting for it. My wife at one point asked me if it was running as she could not even hear it so i checked, yep! It was running. All our clothes came out very clean and in a short amount of time. We love the sleek design and all of the options it has on it. The soft touch buttons are really nice.Now she wants the matching dryer as the one we have matched the old Samsung washer ( they are similar but more updated). I told her that will happen but will have to wait until we save enough money up for it.

I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.
