Poor quality washers
I purchased this washer on June 2024. It worked great so far but it started giving problems since 9/5/2025. The washer stopped functioning in SPIN cycle. No issues with drain too. I think it's some software issue. I am trying to submit a repair request and it's webpage keeps loading non-stop. Samsung has big product quality issues. My wife told me not to buy Samsung washer and to save 100$, I purchased this washer and regretting it. I will never buy Samsung appliances. I have bad experiences with multiple Samsung appliances - two Washers, dryer and refrigerator (rubber seals worn out or cracking) too.

Fabulous washer

I recently purchased another one after five years because it was on sale for Labor Day. I will recommend this washer to a friend for purchase.

Great value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the most expensive washer sold by Samsung, yet still very modern with lots of bells and whistles. The value for the product on this one can’t be beat. Has large load options, sanitizing with hot water and zero vibrations even when I disregarded the installers recommendation to not use my other brand pedestal we already had in place. He said it would wobble and possibly get off balance but it’s such a nice machine I’ve had no issues with it. Great product.

Poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using Samsung for 20+ years. This washing machine was to replace a Samsung top of the line ma hine. From the start it would not spin without jumping all over. I talked with service. They talked me through a fix. It lasted 5 weeks. Had to fix it again. Finally requested a tech come out. He determined the machine had vibrated so much that the base cabinet was collapsing which was adding to the problem. Sitting in on the floor and leveling it helped but did not solve the problem.

Solid washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device does not have Wi-Fi connectivity, despite having a Wi-Fi connectivity flyer inside the unit. So, that was misleading. However, it does do a very good wash. Definitely quieter than our old Whirlpool Duet washer. It's not whisper quiet or anything, but it's a definite improvement. Clothes come out very clean, no weird smells.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Samsung washer before. Sadly, it broke and they don't make that model anymore. It was the kind with the "add wash" lid. I didn't use that much but really loved all the different sanitizing options. This washer sadly doesn't have that option. Is very basic tbh. Basic wash cycles, basic look. It's spinning pretty fast and I can actually hear the spinning downstairs even though it says 'low vibration". I don't know. Not impressed but money is tight and I needed a washer asap. Had to stay with Samsung cause I didn't want to waste money on a new dryer too.

Great features, quiet product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with this front load washer. It is so quiet and very efficient in washing my clothes and getting them clean. There is no lint transfer on my clothes from a previous load and the various cycles makes it easy for me to select the appropriate cycle for my clothes.
Stopped working 4 years don't buy expensive
Lasted only less than 5 years. I had to replace the rubber right away because mold kept building and let me tell you it's not cheap 100 bucks. This thing just stopped working rattling super loud. I would tell you to save yourself a headache and but a top load this is what I'm about to do unfortunately.
