Samsung doesn't really have a top rated support team. They assigned a service center, one in all of the Seattle area with a Yelp rating of 2 stars, which never contacted me. I like the products, but don't trust their support.

I bought this washer a few months ago only for it to start having problems with it's operation. It makes loud noises from metals and seems to be unsafe to use based off this mechanical problem.
