I cannot recommend this floor at all. It’s a pretty design and nice neutral color. It is very challenging to install due to the herringbone pattern. I used this in my kitchen (2 pantries and an island in the center).and in a foyer. I would estimate that 60 percent of the planks used had to be cut, at an angle due to the herringbone pattern. There is a ton of waste due to the herringbone pattern. Plan on about 40% overage to account for the extra needed for the design, not the typical 20% overage. It was installed according to the instructions, but 3 weeks later and I’m having pieces separate. I cannot recommend this product.

The variation of colors and patterns in combination with the texture makes it so much more realistic looking. The install was very easy considering the angles you need for the flooring with their click and lock system. I'm excited for the durability because we have a dog and little kids, and to have flooring that can easily be wiped off is a must. Highly recommend!

The only concern is that the texture makes it harder to clean. I tested cleaning the sample and it's not as easy to clean as smooth flooring. It also doesn't have a streaking problem like laminate flooring.
