Given I just completed setting up the playset, my review is limited to delivery, directions and assembly. Delivery: Delivered promptly by a very professional driver from Old Dominion. The set comes in one large wooden crate. He unloaded the crate and placed it on a pallet jack then wheeled it in to my garage. Directions: Easy to follow. The directions were accurate and a highly recommended full read before you begin assembly. Setup: I assembled most the playset by myself with some help from my wife when balancing a few things during assembly. The assembly time of 4-6 hours is fairly accurate. The playset includes 2 anchors for the A-frame. I ordered a set of 4 anchors direct from Lifetime for $50 and used them to anchor the monkey bars. While maybe not necessary, the unit seems very stable with 6 anchors. Overall: The playset seems very well constructed and hopefully will last for a number of years.

This swing set is just right! My husband, dad and brother-in-law got this swing up and ready for our little ones to enjoy in about 2.5 hours. It is well made and doesn't feel or look cheap. It took a lot of research and consideration for us to move away from a wooden swing set, but after seeing this in our backyard any reservations are completely gone. We noticed some reviews talked about needing different bolts and we were prepared to go get more however we never encountered any issues. It went together without a single hiccup or need for a trip to a local home improvement box store. Our little ones squealed and were swinging late into the summer evening which I am sure they'll do many days to come!

We live in the south and have a lot of trees, so the wood swing set was out. We didn’t want mold, mildew and wasps nests everywhere. We bought this because of the reviews. I will say we LOVE it. My husband was able to get it together in a few hours, but he’s an engineer. Our only complaint it the slide gets very hot in the sun.

I often don’t review products, but I felt it was necessary in this case. This playground was literally thrown across our yard during hurricane Helene in WNC. And even though it was several years old at this point, it was able to be put back right side up and somehow was still in perfect condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy, compact, tons of fun. Great colorful play set! The instructions were very clear with pictures and close ups. Very easy to understand. They also have video instructions. The booklet was good enough so I didn't even try that part but it was nice to know it was an option. The hardware packets are well organized and it tells you what packet you will be using. It took about a half a day to get it all set up. Our kids have loved it. The swings are definitely the favorite for our kids, they feel well built and comfortable! The kids don't like to play gentle with things and it is very sturdy. We had two big kids and a little one swinging at the same time and it didn't budge at all, like some others we've used. I like that it is fairly compact given all the different things it has. It's a great addition to our backyard!

Very nice set and it is well built. Had 3 guys that are remodelers put it together in about two hours. Had a bolt missing but we happened to have one that would work. My granddaughters are 7 & 4 and it is a good set for them. Would have given it 5 stars but the price was a little high.

Purchased this swing set during covid and the kids play on it daily. Very solid and sturdy. You definitely need two people to properly set this up safely. Had a small problem which customer service resolved immediately without a fuss. Absolutely outstanding. Love the product and the customer service to go with it! We will be buying more lifetime products in the near future. Just wish more of their products were accessible in Canada.

This is as the name says "Lifetime" because this is how long it will last! Outstanding product. Very well made. A little pricey but it will last forever! If there are negative reviews here they did something wrong. Adults can swing with no problem. Read the instructions. Definitely need two or even better three people.

This swingset has free delivery...to your curb, in a semi truck, in a 435 lb crate...several feet above the ground. I don't know if Lifetime negotiated the delivery contract or Sam's Club. But they are not offering an assisted delivery, which means that you will be providing the tools to pry open the crate, and help the driver struggle to remove each heavy box, and delicately "drop" each to the ground. You then have to find a way to get the parts and pieces to their location without the delivery person. And you have to keep the 7+ foot crate to dispose of on your own, too. Or at least this was my experience, all while juggling my 1-1/2 & 5-1/2-year-olds. Awkward delivery aside - my family loves this product. Therefore, I am rating the product 5/5. I would give "free delivery" the lowest rating possible. The swingset came with clear instructions, it looks great, and it was sturdy enough for my adult sister and mother to comfortably swing next to the kids on Easter.

Very well built and hardy swing set. My kiddos love it. Built to last and instructions were very easy to follow.
