What has happened to these wipes? they're stiff, dry and no longer soft and flexible!!! My entire family has these wipes for the better part of 7 years, so I know the difference in the quality. The box I purchased in April with little stars and rainbows on each of the wipe packages were normal. I got another box in October to have on hand in which we just opened and the designs on each of the packaging had changed and so did the quality. They no longer take anything off of you without wetting them down and they're so stiff they're awkward to work with. I swear companies can't leave a great product alone, they always have to break it when it was perfectly fine to begin with. Frustrating to have to find a different brand that's affordable, I might as well go on the hunt for a unicorn!

I love how they come with the flip tops to keep the wipes fresh and to keep them from drying out. I can easily take each individual wipe out without all of them coming out at once which is huge when you're changing diapers. They don't tear easily so they're long lasting, they're very gentle on the skin and because they're not scented they don't irritate my baby.

Formula changed and these wipes left my daughters butt, front part, thigh folds, and face with CHEMICAL BURNS for MONTHS! I couldn’t figure out why she had diaper rashes, burns, bumps for MONTHS! I changed different brands of diapers (Name brands, not generic), going to the pediatrician twice, and costed me tons of money keep Desitin, triple paste, Vaseline, Aquaphor at hand for every diaper change! Not to mention that she’s in pain and has to take daily baths that burn her! Looking into other reviews not only on this website, but also on TikTok, there have been many complaints, and nothing has been done about it.

I've bought these for the past 4 years for two children and have always been happy with them. I just opened a new box purchased 10/24 and it's a new formula (and new dot pattern on the wipe) and they DO NOT WORK. I try to wipe poop, and it just pills and rolls around and the wipe won't pick it up off his skin. I thought my husband was exaggerating when he was complaining about them. Just now, 6 wipes into what should have been a 3 wipe job and I gave up and carried him to the tub to shower off. I'm returning them and finding a new brand.

I have bought this brand for over 8 years. But the “new and improved” version smells of bleach and has given my 18 month old rashes (chemical burns) on her privates and face. Thankfully customer service at my store gave me a full refund for my unopened box and the box I used up 3/4 of the contents. No questions asked! I’ve been using Huggies Natural Care Sensitive & Fragrance Free and have had no issues since.

BUT if the press open lid is not included on one or omre items then the product dries out and harder to work with.

I've had this pack open for 3 weeks and I haven't noticed significant drying out. Perfect size for hand and nose wipes for my kids.

Do not buy these. Within one day of using them my one and a half year old got a red bumpy rash. All around his mouth, hands, butt and thighs. Anywhere I used the wipes has a nasty rash. These are horrible. Now I have a child in pain and a box of useless wipes. After reading all the other experiences other people have that are similar to mine I don’t understand how they are still selling them. Im shocked and disappointed in Sams club since they are clearly aware of this problem.
