We've been buying this product for six years. The price keeps going up, and the quality is getting worse. I've gotten a few boxes with popped off lids, which causes them to get stuck to one another or the box itself. The last box that I got had four packages opened before even using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved these a couple weeks ago and I feel like they work very well. They are strong, the right thickness and durable as well. They leave you feeling clean and fresh after using, and are easy to dispense and close to keep them moist. I left 4 stars because although they are unscented they do leave behind a slight smell after using.

Formula changed and these wipes left my daughters butt, front part, thigh folds, and face with CHEMICAL BURNS for MONTHS! I couldn’t figure out why she had diaper rashes, burns, bumps for MONTHS! I changed different brands of diapers (Name brands, not generic), going to the pediatrician twice, and costed me tons of money keep Desitin, triple paste, Vaseline, Aquaphor at hand for every diaper change! Not to mention that she’s in pain and has to take daily baths that burn her! Looking into other reviews not only on this website, but also on TikTok, there have been many complaints, and nothing has been done about it.

I have been buying these baby wipes for at least 15 years. They USED TO BE great for assisting with hygiene for my elderly parent, pet care, and personal care during natural disasters, plumbing failures, etc. They are Awful now. They "crawl" right out of your hand and feel very much like plastic! They do not pick up messes and it takes at least twice as many as the previous product. Like trying to wipe off with a sheet of plastic. Please bring back the great product that we trusted and loved. You ruined it!

I have purchased these wipes for years, but can't anymore. These are different than before. They rip and tear very easily rendering them almost useless. Even the Sam's Club associate handling my return agreed; she noted the same problem. I would give zero stars if possible. I am now forced to buy the brand name product at a much higher cost. Sam, bring back the old and trusted product! I reviewed this product earlier, but don't see it, so here it is, again.

I have been using these since July 2022 when my son was a newborn. We’ve had zero issues with these and had never had diaper rash yet and he’s almost 7 months. A week ago he ended up with a horrible red and bleeding rash which almost looked like a chemical burn. Do not buy these wipes!

I'm not sure if I like the hole in the top where you remove the wipes , so I made it a bit bigger. No worries about the thickness. I actually do like it's very strong, but it doesn't irritate the skin.

I always bought another brand but I'll gladly start using these for messy diapers, messy faces and hand etc. simple to use, easily pull as much as you need out of the pack and close it with a touch. Good quality product at less cost than the brand names.

There was zero reason to change the formula. Sodium Benzoate is an awful carcinogen. Nobody should be using it, alas the FDA says it's GRAS even though it's banned in many other countries. In addition it is closely related to aspirin. If you have an aspirin allergy (as I do) it can cause bleeding, irritation, and other reactions. Unknown aspirin allergies in children can be deadly. The old formula was perfectly fine. These never went bad. Now there are no wipes made without this dangerous chemical. This is a highly disappointing and unneeded change.

This was our first and last time using. Caused horrible chemical burns. I contacted sam's club an they told me this was the first complaint which after reading the reviews I don't believe. I was refunded And told the product would temporarily be removed from the shelf until tested which they we're not as I visited my local club shortly after speaking to corporate. I will be following up with a lawyer, this is not ok.
