They changed the quality, they used to be great for the price and being store brand. This is the first box I noticed and I've been buying this product over 5 years

My husband is bed bound and incontinent, these wipes are used for several purposes, changing, clean up before and after mealtime, wiping down remotes and cellular phones. I like the size and texture of these wipes and I ike the unscented.

I've tried Huggies and Pampers wipes, but the Member's Mark ones are the best. They are a little bit textured, strong (unlike Huggies), and not too stretchy (unlike Pampers). And the price is great!

I would have given 5 stars the only exception is that they charge extra from $18 to pickup to $21 for shipping and claim "free shipping for plus" obviously not true!

We have been using these since birth. Unfortunately, as others have stated the new formula caused our baby to have SEVERE burns on her private areas. I cannot believe these have not been recalled!

I have used these wipes for both of my kids. These were the best. Purchased a box earlier this month and they smell horrible and my daughter complains they hurt. Not sure if there is a new formula but we wont be using them.

I have been buying Thera for years. I purchased these in April 2026, and they have changed the product. It is very poor quality. Super disappointed, won't be purchasing anymore.

The new and improved formula is not the best. It seems like never just one wipe comes out, they have a smell to them I can’t put my finger on but does not seem fragrance free, and they have a texture that I am not a big fan of.

I’ve used these with both my kids since they were newborns, but since they changed the formula they leave my baby boy bright red. I’m so disappointed and feel awful that this happened to him.

I have been buying these wipes for 20 years and didn’t have a complaint until now, you’ve redesigned them recently and they are super thin. Was a little disappointed but will decide to order more or not once the whole box is gone….
