The quality of the product has noticeably decreased. It appears that the wipes have been changed to a thinner version, which does not perform as well as the ones I purchased a month ago and in previous orders. I kindly request that you restore the original quality of the product, as the current version falls short of my expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

After 5 years of using Water Wipes, we finally found a worthy alternative  and it's so much more affordable.
We've been loyal to the Water Wipes brand for half a decade because nothing else came close in terms of gentleness and quality. Every time we tried switching, we were disappointed , until we tried the Member's Mark wipes. Not only are they significantly cheaper, but the quality genuinely surprised us.
