The quality of the product has noticeably decreased. It appears that the wipes have been changed to a thinner version, which does not perform as well as the ones I purchased a month ago and in previous orders. I kindly request that you restore the original quality of the product, as the current version falls short of my expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Quality changed!

After 5 years of using Water Wipes, we finally found a worthy alternative  and it's so much more affordable.
We've been loyal to the Water Wipes brand for half a decade because nothing else came close in terms of gentleness and quality. Every time we tried switching, we were disappointed , until we tried the Member's Mark wipes. Not only are they significantly cheaper, but the quality genuinely surprised us. They're soft, strong, and gentle on sensitive skin everything we were looking for. We're officially making the switch!
