One you get a hang of it, it is easy to trim precisely. I wish the pencil end was sharper to get the little hairs but the facial end cleans it up well. Mind you, If you don’t clean it the blades won’t work as well, so if you’re getting a dull shave, it maybe time to dump. My hair type is black / coarse, I used the AIVA hair removal tool for my upper lip + eye brows. I was trying to switch the tops off to get it cleaned out and just figure out how it works and i ended up taking the wrong piece off, it had an indent like it was meant to come off. Now I can’t get the gold piece back on and it seems like the electric part broke. The led still turns on though.
