•I was happy with the attractive packaging and the sleek fancy look of the AIVA itself. It was easy to hold in my hand. •I admittedly did not think this facial hair remover and eyebrow trimmer was going to work very well. I am used to the pain of plucking my “beard hairs” and eyebrows. Lol I •I was pleasantly surprised when it worked great on my eyebrows and ever expanding, age related, unwanted facial hair. It was fast, easy to use and pain-free. •I did have a “hiccup” my first time using the eyebrow trimmer. The end popped off and fell down the drain! The drainpipe had to be taken apart to get it out! I didn’t have any problems after cleaning the two parts and snapping them back on. Just be careful that first time or make sure it’s securely attached! I docked one star due to this mishap.

I like how its compact, rechargeable and great for trimming. I used one side on my face but did pass through a few times and I used it on my eyebrows which helped trim them but it doesnt necessarily shape them. The light could really be brighter but its great for traveling.

I have never used a facial hair remover before, and this one definitely surprised me! It is user-friendly, easy to use, and there were no accidents. The attachment used over the brows gets a little warmer compared to the one for the rest of the face. So far, I have not experienced any irritation or bumps, and I'm hoping it stays that way.

This is a good quick brow trim. I especially loved the built in light for both sides and the foil side for the face. Do note that it’s not able to get a super close-to-skin removal- it doesn’t pull the hair out so you will be left with the grain. On that note, you won’t have any type of facial razor burn! It’s a great little tool to have.
