The first time I used it the small end stopped working. I used the other end a few times and then recharged it. It held the charge for one use then stopped working as well.

It works soo good ! Left my skin feeling so soft afterwards. I also got the moisturizer and it is a perfect every day facial moisturizer. I love how silky and soft it is on my skin.

I easily worked this into my eyebrow maintenance routine. I’m obsessed. The only flaw is that mine loses charge pretty quickly. I think it may be defective. Will order replacement soon to see!
