I was trying to switch the tops off to get it cleaned out and just figure out how it works and i ended up taking the wrong piece off, it had an indent like it was meant to come off. Now I can’t get the gold piece back on and it seems like the electric part broke. The led still turns on though.

After a while, it does heat up a little, especially when using the side to remove your facial hair. This is a great little device. I have the Sima from Spa Sciences that actually scares me as if I hold it at the wrong angle, it bites my face. So I'm thrilled to have this and to know I won't be getting cuts. I'm not inclined to use the eyebrow trimmer, but the face shaver part is great. Definitely worth the money!!
