I am 63 years old and bought this dual head facial hair remover to remove hairs on my upper lip and chin areas. I used it as recommended and it didn’t work on coarse hairs. I kept trying, using both heads to see if one would work better than the other. After quite some time and effort, it did cut off the hairs. It does not cut the skin or cause irritation which is good. The bad is that dark hairs are still visible as dark spots and in about 12 hours there was visible stubble where hair was cut. For the amount of effort it takes to cut the hairs, the results don’t last. I don’t recommend this product.
