Hi Corrie, Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the Bentgo Prep Deluxe Bag and finding the spacious design and multiple pockets useful for meal prep and daily use. We're sorry to hear the meal prep containers didn't meet your expectations. The Bentgo 60-Piece Meal Prep Container Set is intentionally designed to be lightweight and convenient for meal prepping, portioning, and on-the-go use, which can make them feel different from our more premium glass or heavier-duty storage collections. However, they are designed to be reusable and are top-rack dishwasher safe and microwave safe when used according to the care instructions. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us better understand how customers are using our products and where we can continue to improve. If you're looking for a more durable meal prep solution, we'd be happy to recommend some of our glass food storage or meal prep options that may be a better fit for your needs. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738 if we can assist further. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Support

Hi Emma, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Bentgo Prep Deluxe Multimeal Bag. We're glad to hear the insulated main compartment has been keeping your meals cold during daily use. We appreciate your comments regarding the side walls. The bag is designed to be lightweight and flexible for easier carrying and storage, rather than having rigid sides. That said, we understand that a more structured design may better suit your needs, and we appreciate you sharing this suggestion. Feedback like yours helps guide future product improvements. If you have any questions about your lunch bag or would like help finding a Bentgo lunch bag that better fits your preferences, please reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738. Our team will be happy to assist you. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
