New Toilet Tissue is Terrible

The Member's Mark toilet tissue has changed in the last few months. I opened up a new pack and immediately noticed a difference, and not for the good. I would not consider the new tissue as "Premium" any more. Bring back the old version!

Very disappointed with the recent change in toilet paper quality. It used to be soft and comfortable, but now it feels rough and cheap. Please bring back the old formula! This version isn’t worth the price.

Not the same

I’ve been buying this for years and the last package I bought was significantly rougher toilet paper than before. It felt more like bargain paper towels than toilet paper. I’m definitely gonna have to buy another brand.

Tired of paying for air "light and fluffy"

TP is wound loosely. One roll only lasts 2-3 days compared to a competitor product (also two ply) that is wound tighter and lasts 4-5 days for a family of 2. Tired of paying for air.

This used to be very nice bath tissue. You have changed it, but it still works. It's not quite as strong as before, and I find myself using more tissue. That kind of cancels the saving money thing.

Rolls now come crushed!

My main complaint on this toilet paper is that the rolls are mashed and have to straighten the center tube to make it round. We’ve been buying this brand for several years now and over the past year we’ve had this problem with it!
